Her work focuses on how organisations translate strategy into leadership practice, shaping how decisions are made, how leadership is enacted, and how systems operate under pressure.
Her career spans leadership roles at Duke Corporate Education and LRMG, where she led complex, multi-market engagements and designed enterprise-wide leadership journeys.
